Girl Scout Troop 2564 Visits the Homeward Pet Adoption Center
Girl Scout Troop 2564 took an awesome field trip to visit the Homeward Pet Adoption Center in Woodinville. They had the opportunity to give the animals a little love, learn about how the animals came to the shelter, and see the incredible volunteers helping to care for the animals. The troop also donated cardboard scratchers, nylabones, kongs and other toys, as well as a few coins from their piggy bank. These second grade girls know that you CAN make a difference in the lives of homeless animals. Homeward Pets is an approved 501(c) (3) charity and is entirely funded through private donations.
