When we had to put down our belowed 13 years old tabby our whole family heartbroken. But especially me (mom) and our 18 years old son who was both the chosen and official owner. About a year ago I did not feel quite ready to adopt, but Robbie was set on raising a new kitten during the summer vacation. We went around countless shelters and saw many cute kittens, but we found the right one at Homeward Pet. The shelter was clean, the animals friendly and the service was very nice. We adopted Bijou last June and she has been a continuous joy and entertainement for us ever since. She imediately got along well with our existing pets and is always adorable to us, charmingly blinking with her big blue eyes. She figures even on our son’s graduation portrait.
