Chesterfield (Formerly One-Eyed Jack)

Hello Homeward Pet,
We adopted Chester (One-Eyed Jack) two years ago just when the big snowstorm of 2008 was dying down. We just wanted to send you a quick update and a few pictures! Chester was a shy little guy when we adopted him, but now he is the king of his castle. He loves to snuggle up with us to take naps. He is SO excited to see us when we get home and has just been an amazing dog and addition to our family. Thank you so much for taking care of him before we found him, we can't imagine our lives without him! -Heather and Scott

Duchess (Madonna) and Leo (Frodo) at their new home!

Hi everyone at Homeward Pets and happy winter! I am the proud mommy of Madonna (Now Duchess) and more recently, Frodo (Now Leo). I was so nervous to bring home Leo because I was worried Duchess would not ever accept him as her friend. Well I was wrong!
Leo is such a love. He is ALWAYS purring and he has no problem being picked up and pet at any time, he has never bit or scratched once. He is very laid back and prefers to cuddle with you on the couch or bed. He is also great at "hunting" when we play with "da bird", a pole with a string and a feather toy attached. You should see the amazing jumps and flips he does to catch it!Duchess is much different than Leo, she prefers getting pets and attention on her terms, and hardly ever purrs!! she loves to groom herself and loves to play, just not as rigorously as Leo. She likes to wrestle with Leo and really likes catnip. She likes to sleep with me at night, along with Leo.Here are some pictures of our babies together, we are so blessed to have gotten such wonderful cats, thank you so much Homeward Pets.
