Benelli - a former Overlooked Dog

We adopted little Benelli a month ago, and since then she has been the sweetest dog. She loves to be around her people and can't let you out of her sight. She is getting real good with her training on sit, wait, come, down, and crate.

We wanted to keep her name as it was very unique and it was what she was used to. She loves to go on her daily walks or runs, and we recently found out that she loves the water. She took to her new home and her new yard very quickly. She knows where her front door is and doesn't even need to be told where to go when we get back from a walk.

She loves her car rides, especially when she knows she's going over to see her "cousin" a two year old Golden Retriever. They love each other and love to play.  Neither are toy or food aggressive, which makes for fun play dates when they get together.

Benelli misses seeing everyone that took care of her while at Homeward Pet, but loves that she now has a forever home with a family that truly loves her and will take care of her.
