Nelson

Hi. I adopted Nelson (now called Happy) a month ago. I just wanted to let you know he is doing so well. He is so sweet and mellow, but loves to play. I take him to work with me (I'm a nanny) and he does really well with the two rat terriers as well as their cat and (closely supervised) the baby.

Though we were told he is not reliable off leash, I let him off leash at work (they have several acres), and we have been to several off leash dog parks. I carry treats in my pocket and he always comes when I call him.

Roco (AKA Romeo)

 

 

 

Hi Claire It is so nice to hear from you. Roco is doing quite nicely!  Yes, I changed his name.  He and Sofi are figuring it all out. He is a funny little guy.  Seems quite happy.  Loves to chase his ball and play with his toys.  He passed his physical at the vet with flying colors.  I will be setting up training lessons soon. Dee

Here is Dee, now renamed Cosette, (the little orphan girl in Les Miserables).  She is doing fine and gets about an hour each evening of chasing the feather toy on a wand, her favorite!  Fake mice and other creatures are not near as interesting.
